If the delivered product has missing accessories, defective, damaged, different from ordered product or incomplete, please inform Lugafato the same day on the date of delivery.

Returns will be accepted if the delivered product is returned in original condition including product’s box, product tag,  and all other accessories provided with the product.

Regarding electronics items, it is a requirement for the product to be in a sealed package in order to process returns

In case, if customer requests for replacement of a product and if the seller does not have the same product, then Lugafato will provide a refund.
